- Vacuum Jacketed Cryo Valve
Falcon Flow Control Vacuum Jacketed Valve
An ultra-insulated valve designed for zero-loss, contamination-free transfer of cryogenic fluids in high-purity and energy-critical systems.
Full Description
The Falcon Flow Control Vacuum Jacketed Valve is a high-performance cryogenic valve specifically engineered for applications where thermal efficiency, purity, and operational safety are paramount. These valves are surrounded by a vacuum-insulated jacket that minimizes heat ingress and virtually eliminates boil-off, frost formation, and energy loss in systems handling cryogenic liquids such as LNG, liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, liquid argon, and liquid hydrogen.
Available in a wide range of valve types (ball, globe, gate, and check), these valves are ideal for critical transfer lines in ASUs, LNG terminals, medical gas facilities, and aerospace fueling operations. Designed with an all-welded, double-layered structure, Falcon’s vacuum jacketed valves deliver exceptional long-term insulation performance and prevent condensation on the outer surface—ensuring a cleanroom-compatible exterior and safe working environment.
