- Cryogenic Control Valve
Falcon Flow Control Cryogenic Control Valve
A high-performance control valve engineered for stable, accurate flow modulation of cryogenic liquids and gases at temperatures down to -196°C.
Full Description
The Falcon Flow Control Cryogenic Control Valve is purpose-designed to provide precise flow regulation and pressure control in ultra-low temperature environments such as LNG, liquid nitrogen, oxygen, argon, and hydrogen systems. With an extended bonnet, cryogenic-compatible trims, and smart control integration, this valve ensures smooth modulation and tight shut-off in critical applications.
The valve features a robust globe-style or angle-style body, equipped with contoured trim for linear, equal-percentage, or quick-opening flow characteristics. The cryogenic bonnet isolates the packing and actuator from direct exposure to sub-zero temperatures, preventing freezing and ensuring long-term operational stability.
Actuated using pneumatic or electric control systems with optional smart positioners, this valve is optimized for applications requiring high accuracy, repeatability, and low hysteresis.
