The Falcon Flow Control Cryogenic Gate Valve is engineered for precise isolation in cryogenic applications, offering full port flow and zero-leakage performance in environments as low as -196°C. Utilizing a rising stem and flexible wedge or parallel slide gate design, this valve ensures unobstructed media flow with minimal pressure drop, making it ideal for critical LNG and industrial gas processes.
The extended bonnet design thermally isolates the stem and packing from the cryogenic media, protecting critical sealing components and enabling safe manual or automated operation. Designed and tested to stringent global cryogenic standards, the valve ensures long-term sealing integrity, mechanical reliability, and operational safety under extreme conditions.
The valve is suitable for both horizontal and vertical installations, with options for gear operation, actuation, or cryogenic handwheels.
