- Cryogenic Ball Valve
Falcon Flow Control Cryogenic Ball Valve for Low-Temperature Service
High-performance ball valve engineered for safe and reliable flow control in cryogenic and low-temperature applications down to -196°C.
Full Description
The Falcon Flow Control Cryogenic Ball Valve is engineered to meet the most stringent performance and safety demands of low-temperature applications, including LNG, air separation, hydrogen, nitrogen, and other liquefied gases. Designed to operate effectively at temperatures as low as –196°C (–321°F), this valve ensures bubble-tight shutoff, minimal leakage, and compliance with international cryogenic standards.
The valve is equipped with an extended bonnet to insulate stem seals from cryogenic temperatures, preventing thermal shock and ensuring ease of actuation. All Falcon cryogenic valves undergo helium leak testing, low-temperature functional testing, and post-cooling seat integrity checks to guarantee optimal performance in critical flow systems.
Features & Benefits
Extended Bonnet
Prevents cold transfer to gland area; protects operator and stem seals
Cryogenic Testing
Each valve tested in liquid nitrogen per BS 6364 / MSS SP-134
